"9 out of 10 film stars use ...." continued

Back in July I did a post on movie stars selling Lux soap in those magazine ads of the 1950s, featuring Jean Simmons and Kay Kendall plugging Lux soap and watches. It was a piece on Sophia in the '50s, before she went into American films, where she had 4 Italian films opening in London that year.  I wrote "I bet Sophia plugged Lux soap too" - see Soap label.
